Steve Silberman: The forgotten history of autism
Here is an excellent presentation on the history of autism along with an amazon link to the guys book.
As an Autistic person I am glad to see someone like him spreading that message. There is no Autism epidemic and we don't need to be cured!
NeuroTribes: The Legacy of Autism and the Future of Neurodiversity on amzon

Weekly update June 20th 2015
Date data taken: Jun 19th 2015 8:03AM
Weight: 274.6 lbs
Waist: 52.5 inch
Went to ER this week with concerns of heart trouble. EKG, Chest X-ray, and blood work fine. Did a cardiac stress test on the 19th. That came out fine too. No heart trouble for me :) However I am out of shape.
Starch based diet working great. Losing weight and inches without having to count calories or deprive my self.

Weekly update 06-13-2015
Over the past several months my diet has improved dramatically. My blood pressure is in great shape, my cholesterol is in great shape, and my triglycerides are in great shape. However I am still obese. I weight 278.7 pounds with a waist circumference of 55 inches. I am 5'9" tall. So no matter how you look at it, I am obese. So I need to get my weight down. My goal is to get around 200 pounds or so. I recently started a starch based diet based on the work of Dr. John McDougall. Hopefully that will help get my weight down.
Date Saturday Jun 13
Weight 278 pounds
Waist circumference 55 inches.
